We want you to be completely satisfied with your David Austin Roses apparel; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and rose-embossed packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the garments and place them in the original shipping box along with the completed return form to ensure the fabric remains pristine.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid boutique return label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
